A note on the nature of secondhand goods.
Every item sold through GiveWhere has had a previous life. They've been used, loved, donated, and given a second chance — they are not perfect, and that's the point. Small marks, wear, or character of age are part of what these pieces are.
Returns are approved on a case-by-case basis. If something is meaningfully different from what was described, or arrives damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description and we'll work it out with you directly.
We don't accept returns for general wear, minor imperfections, or change of mind — but we're real people, and we want you to be happy with what you received. Email us and we'll talk.
